Order & payment
Your order will be processed promptly and you will receive within 3 working days an email which will hold your confirmation/invoice, including all necessary information for your payment by bank transfer. We can only process payments by bank transfer. Please note that the exact amount due has to be transferred to our bank account. Ask your bank if there are any additional fees payable for foreign bank transfers; these costs will need to be paid by you directly. As soon as the total amount due has been received, the ordered goods are sent out.

Delivery – shipping & administration
You have the choice of delivery by regular mail-service or registered mail-service.
If you choose regular mail-service we cannot take any responsibility if a mail package is not delivered by the postal service.
